How do I reserve a room in the Warren Library?

Who do I contact to schedule a room?
Students may reserve a Group Study Room by doing one of the following:
- Go to the Service Desk with your PBA ID card
- Call 561-803-2240
- Reserve online
Group Study Rooms
All study rooms can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance from your personal device. 20 of our study rooms are now available for single-person study! Due to high demand, groups are limited to 1 reservation per day.
Meeting Spaces
Faculty and Student-Sponsored Events may reserve the Hanley Classroom or Conference Room 121 by completing the online Library Space Request Form. If you have any questions, please contact Megan_Konynenbelt@pba.edu or 561-803-2233.
