How do I add a bottom border to all rows in a spreadsheet?

Answer

  1. In Excel, highlight the rows that you want to have a bottom border.
  2. Right click and click on Format Cells in the menu that appears.
  3. In the Format Cells box, click on the Border tab.
  4. In the Border section (beneath the Presets section), you can click on an icon that activates the bottom border and an icon that activates the middle border. These icons are just to the left of the box that says Text in it. They are not labeled. Format cells box with icons circled
  5. Click OK.
