Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect to PBAU_SAILFISH, please forget PBAU_SAILFISH on your device and try connecting once more.

You’ll know that you are connecting properly if you are prompted to plug in your username/password and if you are prompted to “Trust” a certificate.

If you are still unable to connect, please call the PBA Help Desk at 561-803-2027 or email them at Help_Desk@pba.edu.
