If all of the documents are already PDFs, use this free website to merge the documents. Be sure to add the documents in the order that you want them to be viewed in the merged PDF; you can't change the order once they're merged without re-uploading them. 

If some of the documents need to be converted to PDF, follow these instructions before going to the above website. 

If you have a printed document, and don't have an electronic copy, you'll need to scan the document first; this will give you a PDF copy of that document. Not sure how to scan? Follow these instructions.
