Q. Can I reserve a study room?

Answer

All group study rooms in the Warren Library may be reserved by current PBA students, faculty, or staff through the following link: https://go.pba.edu/studyrooms.  Reservations are for 1 to 2 hours and may be made once per day per group. For further information, see the Group Study Room Scheduling Policy.

Group Study Rooms in the Main Building (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors):

  • Each room features: wall mounted dry erase board (markers and erasers are available for check out at the Service Desk), a table, and four chairs
  • Each room comfortably accommodates four (4) people

Group Study Rooms 306 and 308 (Main Building - 3rd floor):

  • Each room features: wall mounted dry erase board (markers and erasers are available for check out at the Service Desk), a table, and six chairs
  • Each room comfortably accommodates six (6) people
  • NOTE: you must have a minimum of two (2) people to use these rooms

Group Study Rooms in the Lassiter Rotunda (1st and 2nd floors):

  • Each room features: a table and at least one chair
  • Each room comfortably accommodates two (2) people
  • Individual dry erase boards may be checked out at the Service Desk for use in these rooms
