Q. It says I need a PIN to log in with. How do I get one?
You need a PIN if you are going to add funds to your PBA card online. To set one up:
- Log in to myPBA
- Click on Departments
- Click on PBA Card
- On the right hand side, under View Account Balances, click create one
- It will ask you for your Account, this is your PBA ID number.
If your account shows as Expired, even after you've created a PIN, you'll need to contact the PBA Card Office at (561) 803-2515 or by email at email@example.com.
