For Microsoft PowerPoint:

1. Under File > Print, click "Full Page Slides"
2. Click "Notes Page"

Note: there is no way to print multiple slides on a page using this method. 

If you want to print your slides with lines next to the slide for you to takes notes on, under the "Handouts" section, choose the "3 slides."
